Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our policy lasts 12 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, astro magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are highly possible to be exchanged by fake products on the customer end, and also rings/jewellery/bracelets/Rudraksha/Gemstone/Murti/Pendant/Yantra/Zodiac/Evil Eyes or any kind of wearable made with specific fitting size for a person can not be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health reports and personal kundali
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before consulting us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Being the service providers for the online available one the website & App we get paid for the subscription before you start consuming it. The fees that you pay for the website & App on are non-refundable. However, we do not have an auto-renewal system that means there is no recurrent subscription option. In case you do not want to continue, stop paying for the product from the next month.
There is any technical glitch in the payment gateway during the time of the online transaction where the transaction failed to complete. Still, the amount gets deducted from your account, it will be refunded automatically through Payment Gateway within a prescribed time that varies from 5 to 7 business days.The amount will be credited back within 5 to 10 Days. In customer payment modes/accounts.
CHARGEBACK REQUESTS
In case we receive a chargeback request or payment dispute from a credit card company or from a bank, we will terminate your subscription without any prior notice. Applicable chargeback fee will be issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company, plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored. If you have any billing issues, instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us. Requesting a chargeback or opening any sort of dispute for a valid charge from us is considered as fraud. It is not an appropriate or legal method to obtain a refund.
Cancellation Of Services
- In case we find that our services are being misused or there is any complaint from a credit card company, Bank, or any other authority competent by law, we may cancel your subscription or coupon, and your payment will be forfeited with prior notice or email you for your misconduct. We may also serve you cause notice for defaming, misrepresentation caused.
- Your access to our services are subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.
- Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.
Intellectual Property
The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Astrology Numerology and its licensors.
Third Party Services
In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third Party Services”).
If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:
- Any use of a Third Party Service is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for Third Party websites or Services.
- You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 10,000/- INR , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Shipping/Delivery Policy Shipping within India
Astrology Numerology offers Minimum 50-500(Depending on products and customer urgency) shipping on all orders within India. We deliver through safe & fast courier services like DTDC, Blue dart etc. We use Postal service for remote/rural areas where the courier companies have no service. International Shipping – International shipping i.e. outside India is charged as applicable. All shipments are sent through reputed courier service providers such as FedEx, UPS & DHL etc. All our Shipments are insured. The Insurance cost is included in our shipping cost and you do not need to pay anything extra.
